At sluzarineth, we want you to be completely satisfied with your collage experience. This return policy explains your rights and options if you need to cancel or change your booking.

Cancellation Rules
48+
More than 48 hours before the session
Full refund (100%) of paid amount. Money is returned within 5-7 business days.
24-48
24-48 hours before the session
50% refund of paid amount, or opportunity to rebook to another date at no extra cost.

Less than 24 hours before the session
No refund. You can rebook to another date for a fee of 200 kr.
Rebooking
If you need to change the date of your session, we offer the following options:
- Free rebooking if the request is made more than 48 hours before the session
- Rebooking for a fee of 200 kr if the request is made less than 48 hours before the session
- New date must be chosen within 6 months from the original booking date
Special Circumstances
We understand that unforeseen events can occur. In case of:
- Illness (with doctor's note) - full refund or free rebooking
- Emergencies - contact us for individual assessment
- Extreme weather conditions - we will contact you to rebook at no cost
Gift Cards
Gift cards purchased at sluzarineth:
- Are valid for 12 months from purchase date
- Cannot be refunded, but can be transferred to other people
- Can be used for all our collage sessions and workshops
Refund Process
When your cancellation is approved:
- You receive an email confirmation within 24 hours
- Refund is processed within 3-5 business days
- Money is returned to the same payment method used for purchase
- You can track the refund by contacting us
